Shipping & Returns
Please report any damage to your shipment within 24-Hours of Receipt.
What to Do:
- Please request permission to return any item. We grant permission to return tems. Any item granted "a return" will not re-enter our inventory
because they are classified as FOOD and tainted.
- We grant return to incorrectly shipped items only. This is our fault and we accept total responsibility of a refund or replacement.
DENIAL OF RETURN:
We reserve the right to deny any returns for the following reasons:
- You did not report damage upon receipt (24-hours).
- You have opened the packaging, the seals of the packaging.
- You have used the product, partly or wholy.
- You changed your mind about the product and no longer want it.
- You damaged the product after you recieved it.
- You returned the product without our permission.
- Damage caused by the carrier, ex: USPS, UPS, FEDEX. We will try to help you to file requests o recieve funds from the carrier.
SHIPPING:
We provide 3 carriers options to get your package to you. Namely: FEDEX, USPS and UPS. They provide REAL TIME
display of their prices. We do not determine the prices displayed. A tracking number will be sent to you from the one
you chose.
